Yoga in the Greenhouse

Join certified yoga teachers from Chagrin Yoga, for a peaceful but energizing yoga flow!

This 50-minute class will feature a balance of poses open to all levels of experience – whether it’s your first class or you’ve been practicing for years. Rain or shine, we have a beautiful open and plant-filled space to practice.

Classes will take place Sundays at 10:30 January 21 through February 25. Proceeds from this series will go to local Bainbridge/Chagrin Falls charities and we are taking recommendations each class!

Please bring a mat and water and anything else you need for your practice. Blocks are not required but encouraged.
