If you missed out on the last chance to join us for Steve Turner’s sound baths, don’t fret! He is back on November 11 for another sound journey. Pre-registration is not required but is strongly encouraged for all workshop events.

Let go of busy days, by being guided through a mindfulness guitar meditation. Steve will bathe the room with soothing and healing sounds of quartz crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and much more.
Bring your mat, water, and any extra props you’d like to feel more comfortable such as a bolster, blankets, pillow, eye cover, etc. See you there on Nov 11!
