What does Hungary’s generation Z think about the Hungarian Revolution of 1956? What does one of Hungary’s most important historical events of the 20th century and the first major uprising against the Soviet Union mean to those young adults who are so far removed from it? The students in the film struggle to express their own take on this pivotal historical event. This is less about 1956 and more about how a new generation approaches history.
