DESCRIPTION:The Encore Chorale invites you to a free concert at 4 p.m. Dec. 15 at the Federated Church\, 76 Bell St. in Chagrin Falls. \nThe 20-member group will perform traditional holiday songs including Mozart’s “Dona Nobis Pacem\,” “Winter Bells” by Mykola Leontovych\, “Fly” by Aryian Norman\, “Deck the Halls Rag” arranged by Molly Ijames and a musical interpretation of Robert Frost’s poem\, “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening.” \nChorale members are from the Chagrin Valley\, as well as Portage and Lake counties. Founded in 2007\, the group includes adults age 55 and older who meet weekly for a 15-week semester\, which culminates in a performance concert. \nThe mission is to create meaningful arts experiences supporting lifelong learning\, wellness and fun. \nTickets are free\, but required for the event available through Eventbrite.
